We, the class members, some who have attended classes longer than I have, are learning skills and receiving tools to live healthy, active lives. My bone density test results since 1998 have shown gradual, measurable improvement. Given that I am attending classes, “taking home” the exercises and stretches, staying active, eating proper amounts of Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin D and reducing stressors in my life, I am well on my way to not only having healthier bones and preventing the development of osteoporosis but I have good balance and focus, energy and stamina and hope for continued well being as my body ages.
