I am so excited to write to let you know that I had a bone density exam today, and my scores for all 3 areas improved! Since my last exam in March 2019 femoral neck went from -1.1 to 0.9 (normal), total hip from -1.5 to -1.4 and spine -2.6 (osteoporosis) to -2.4 (osteopenia). I am SO happy! Previously my scores had been going down with each exam, and I was praying that this year my scores would have at least stabilized, but they actually improved!
