I have been taking your class and see the difference in the effort required, compared to effort on my own. I am glad that I am in the class and hope that you continue the Zoom format even after covid times. I see the difference between the gym exercises I did and yours. I did some of the same exercises — military press, squats and lunges with lifts — with much heavier weights, but not to the point of exhaustion. My spine deteriorated. I hope that this makes the difference. I am keeping up my end on the weekend and watching nutrition. I’m hopeful. Thanks for mixing it up in every class.
