Ingredients
- Parmesan cheese
- Thyme
- Sliced jalapenos
- Black pepper
- Italian seasoning
Note: You can add thyme, sliced jalapeños, black pepper, Italian seasoning or any flavorings you would like to the mound before baking.
Instructions
- Grate Parmesan cheese. Spoon onto cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat in mounds about 2” inches diameter and 1/2” high.
- Space apart as they will double in width. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before removing from the pan with a spatula.
