Dehydrated kale can be used to make powder or kale chips. Kale is also packed full of nutrients and great for bones!

Instructions
- Take the kale or spinach leaves and put them in a dehydrator overnight. Note: The amount of time depends on the dehydrator. Some dehydrators take overnight. Others, such as one used to dehydrate fruit, take about an hour. It is best to do it during the day to keep an eye on it.
- When it is dried, crush it up into powder. Note: Do not put oil in the dried kale if you are going to crush it up into powder.
Use the powder in soups or smoothies or scrambled eggs. OsteofitnessTM member, Helen Robichaud has also experimented to can also be put in mason jar with other dried ingredients, such as carrots or onions, to make soup kits.
